Welcome
We hope you will enjoy a holiday or short break with us. Herefordshire and the Welsh borders have everything you need for a time away from it all, and apart from Hay-on-Wye itself, few tourists. Even Hay itself is never crowded, though busy during the book Festival.

The Chocolate House
Where you will stay. A south facing annexe consisting of kitchen/sitting room, bathroom and bedroom with double bed. It is equipped as if we lived in it (the grandchildren sometimes do). The annexe takes a maximum of two people, but we can provide a travel cot if needed. For more details please see the Amenities page.
- On-site parking.
- Fully fenced garden
- Complete privacy. You only need to see us if you want to.

Had a lovely stay in this very comfortable and well equipped place. The garden is fully fenced which was perfect for our two Greyhounds to stretch their legs. We would certainly like to stay again in the near future.
